Jewelry Care

All Aira H. Jewelry pieces are primarily made with 14k gold-filled metals. Although gold-filled contains real gold, there are proper care needed in order to preserve it.

It is advisable to wipe off jewelry with a soft cloth after every wear.
Store it in a cool dry place in organizers or separate pouches to prevent from tarnishing and latching onto other pieces.
Do not wear while bathing or swimming, especially in swimming pools and sea water. It is also best not to wear it while working out. Never spray perfumes, hairsprays, or sunscreen on your jewelry. If you must clean it, wash it with a mild soap and pat dry.

All USPS First Class packages are free.

All Aira H. Jewelry pieces are made to order. Allow 3-5 days for processing time. Delivery time varies on location and shipping option chosen during checkout. If you need a special request, please feel free to e-mail at airahetsy@gmail.com.

All packages are shipped via USPS.

Returns + Exchanges

Aira H. Jewelry sales are final. I do not accept returns for exchanges, store credit or refunds. Unless an item received is damaged or incorrect. If, so, please send an e-mail to airahetsy@gmail.com within 5 days upon delivery to fix the issue. All items mailed back must be unworn, undamaged and in original packaging. Aira H. Jewelry can refuse any exchanges if the item does not pass the above criteria. All shipping charges are paid for by the customer.
